MIAMI, Florida (KRON) — Miami Police on Tuesday released the 911 calls related to an alleged incident involving San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players.

The calls were made by two unidentified men who both claim a naked women is refusing to leave the apartment where the alleged sexual assault occurred on April 2nd.

According to TMZ, a call placed by a man the site identified as Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, claims that the woman was visiting an unnamed person. Lockette notes the person she is visiting is not her boyfriend.

“No, he’s not her boyfriend. He’s someone she wants to sleep with,” says the caller. “She says she’s not leaving until she sees him.”

A second call to Miami Police from hotel security reports that a visitor refuses to leave a guest’s room.

“She said her name was Jesus, and she don’t have no clothes on,” the man tells police.

Police continue to investigate an incident believed to be ‘suspicious’ following a police report involving Kaepernick, Lockett, and 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton.

The report, which has redacted the name of the alleged victim, says the incident happened at Lockett’s apartment inside the Viceroy Hotel in Miami.

In the report, filed on April 4, the victim told detectives she went to Lockett’s residence and talked with Kaepernick and Patton while she mixed some drinks for them. She says the players told her that in order to drink with them she would need to “hit” a bong containing marijuana.

The victim told detectives she started to feel light-headed after a while and so decided to go lie down, taking off her jacket and jewelry. She says Kaepernick, with whom she has had a previous sexual relationship, kissed her and undressed her. She says they did not have intercourse.

The victim says Kaepernick left her naked in the bedroom and that moments later Lockett and Patton “peeked” in on her through the door. She says she asked “Where’s Colin?” and they left. The victim says she doesn’t remember anything after that until she woke up in the hospital. She says she doesn’t know how she got there.

Police say that there is no mention of a sexual assault in the report and that Colin Kaepernick is not considered a suspect.
