CNN and Reporter Sued for Alleged Biting of EMT Workers at U.S. Embassy in Baghdad

ATLANTA (KRON) — Two emergency medical workers are filing a lawsuit against CNN and one of its correspondents after she allegedly bit them during a drunken episode at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.
The lawsuit claims CNN’s Senior International Correspondent Arwa Damon bit the EMT’s while they tried to treat her during the embassy party on July 19th.
The New York Post is reporting the pair has filed a $2 million lawsuits against both Damon and the network.
In the suit, Tracy Lamar and Charles Simon claim that has they tried to help Damon sye threatened them and told them she was a “major reporter for CNN.”
The Post reports Damon wrote an apology letter to the workers saying she didn’t remember the incident.
CNN says it is still reviewing the lawsuit.
