HILO, Hawaii (KRON) — The Red Cross is busy enough trying to prepare for the arrival of Hurricanes Iselle and Julio without have to deal with a thief.
Hawaii chapter CEO Coralie Matayoshi says the Red Cross’ only emergency truck on the Big Island was stolen on Wednesday. She’s urging the thieves to return the vehicle before the storms strike.
The truck is a white Ford F-150 truck bearing Red Cross markings.
