KIEV, Ukraine (KRON) — Despite reports of the shooting down of two military jets over Eastern Ukraine Wednesday, not all of the fighting is going on at the battlefield.
Lawmakers for the country’s Nationalist and Communists parties came to blows during a Parliamentary debate on Wednesday.
The fisticuffs apparently began when Parliament member Oleg Tiagnybok voted to expel representative Yuri Levchenko from the legislative body. Things quickly escalated.
The fight happened just minutes after the Parliament voted to mobilize the country and call up reserves younger than 50 years old.
