NAPA (KRON) — With business up dramatically since Sunday’s earthquake, the people who run the Napa Valley Food Bank are looking for some help.

Officials say they have seen about three times their usual number of clients looking for help since Sunday’s quake. They also say they’re seeing a different demographic of clients since many people lost their food to spoilage when the power went out after the quake.
KRON 4′s Maureen Kelly talks with one man who says his house is badly damaged and his father is on dialysis. They are among the food bank’s first-time clientelle.
Food Bank officials say they are getting donations from the community and local markets to make sure they don’t run out of supplies. What they do need is volunteer help. They say many members of their regular staff have been working so hard, they haven’t had time to take care of problems at their own homes.
